How to Find Your Perfect Fit

Choosing the right size for your eyeglasses or sunglasses ensures comfort and optimal vision. Follow these steps to determine your size:

1. Understand Eyewear Measurements

Each pair of glasses has three key measurements, typically printed on the inside of the temple arm (e.g., 52-18-140):

• Lens Width (mm): The horizontal width of each lens.
• Bridge Width (mm): The distance between the lenses.
• Temple Length (mm): The length of the arm from the frame to the ear.

3. Measure Your Face

Use a ruler or tape measure to check these dimensions on your current eyewear or face:

• Width of your face: Measure from temple to temple.
• Width of your bridge: Measure the distance across your nose.
• Arm length: Use a pair of glasses that fits you well and measure the arm.

4. Tips for Choosing the Right Size

• Small Faces: Look for frames with a lens width of 48-52mm.
• Medium Faces: Opt for frames in the 53-56mm range.
• Large Faces: Choose frames with a lens width of 57mm or more.
